RIP John & thanks for the memories.

I`ve liked Johns music since the 50s. He backed Adam Faith on his early records. He had a hit with `Hit & Miss` (The Juke Box Jury) theme, among others. I bought his LP `Stringbeat` & it has remained one of my favourites to this day. I also bought some of his early 60s singles. Then as we all know he went deeper into Cinema music & that is what he will be remembered for the most.

My fave John Barry theme might be The Persuaders but his music was certainly light years ahead of the others that also did the Bond movies.

Apart from Goldeneye all the rest of my Bond soundtrack cd`s are John Barry ones.
