Story here ok its the current but still, this is madness he lets the guy of because she looked 16 and she wore a "provocative" frilly bra and thong.

Now, I`ve seen 10 year olds dressing in this manner, and I know what he`s on about, but that does NOT make it ok. There needs to be a serious review of the paedophilia laws if this is how things are being handled. It`s very sad indeed. I would hate to be the mother of a growing girl knowing things like this are going on. (Not that I`d let any daughter of mine dress like that, but that is beside the point)

This just shows that the Judge is a paedo helper. For crying out loud, I cannot think of any sensible person who cannot tell a 10 year old as opposed to maybe a 14 year old that tries to look 16.

Bad enough that the perv raped her twice. But now all he has to do is get hold of another little girl, get her dressed up and just say "well she looked old enough your honour..honest"

One of the weirdest events at my junior school was in Y5 a girl called Maria moved to the school *from the local comprehensive*. She`d been attending there for over a year and it turned out she was only 10! She was very tall, completely developed, etc, and obviously had managed to fit in with Y8 and then Y9 pupils all that time. Whoever was looking after her was nuts I think. So it is possible, however unlikely, for a pre-teen girl to look a lot older, but FFS the age of consent isn`t 16 just based on *physical* maturity!

its quite sickening >:( ... we do everything we possibly can to get these people convicted, everything is done by the book so as not to give some clever lawyer/barrister some excuse to get their `client` off... we have to be whiter than white, then some buffoon of a judge does this.

some times you just want to take these people to a dark place and let them meet `summary justice`... but we just cant do it!

Soon an equivalent of `Megans Law` is likely to be inacted through Parliament here, so that the public are made aware of just who is `living next door`...

What is idea with that, do they actually list what person has done or do they just name sex offenders?

Asking out of curiosity because when I was in school a lad from my year slept with a girl from our year who was 15 but he had turned 16 a few months before. Basically this girls parents found out she`s slept with him and she`s turned around and cried rape so she didn`t get into trouble.

Eventually she`s admitted that she was lying to the police but because they had all the official statements etc from questioning he had to be charged with statutory rape I think (something along those lines anyway) but then he ended up on the list.

This seems to happen more and more with our judges, now think about this for a moment if you were a peodophile and a JUDGE and you had to sentence a proven peodophile scumbag you`d prob feel a little guilty but could not just let them off completely because it would arouse suspicion upon yourself so you `let` him off with a lenient sentence/fine etc. I think we have some scumbag lowlife peodophiles working as justice, hope they die a painful death.
