You know when someone mentions a program and you go 'Oh s**t I forgot about that' and it's too late to still be on catch up. 
Then a few weeks later you realise you'd pressed series link on record and it's all there on your planner. 
Up to ep 5 so far.
Some of the acting is real second rate Am Dram but it kinda works anyway.
Favourite character has to be Lt Gordon Malloy (Scott Grimes). Get's the whole thing right on the nose for me. Puts me in mind of Hoban Washburne on Serenity.

Only just started watching this the other day and I think I like it more than Star Trek. The tone is jarring for a format that's usually so staid, but the stories work, aren't completely farcical and most of the characters likeable, especially Scott 'Critters' Grimes, but Bortus is the real weak link for me. Too much Klingon-esque crap for my liking
