Just watched and much enjoyed.
Gets straight into it from minute one and keeps the ride going all the way through.
Nazis were suitably nasty and died in abundance.
Lots of stuff went bang and no pistol or SMG ever needed reloading.

A little bit on the fence about Bobby but he worked out in the end.

Kevin Bacon really good as Mr nasty.

I do think Biden stepping back has thrown a real spanner in their works.

Have to say the second in charge of the Jedi landing party at the end (blond lad with all the dialogue) was about as Jedi as an assistant librarian.

Overall I don't really think the show knew what it wanted to be, even looked to be a bit PG Game of Thrones at one point.

I'll probably watch season two if it gets made but it's not exactly left me champing at the bit.

Mostly use a PC in a small home office/man cupboard.
It's getting old and needs replacing but I'm wondering whether to just get a new PC and monitor or get a laptop and run a largeish monitor from it.

Practical?
Or stick to a PC.

The wait continues.

Noticeable we didn't start playing until Kane was subbed off.

They want Southgate to stay until the world cup.
If he does we'll probably turn up with Kane still in the team and Maguire drafted back in.

Without even having looked I guarantee this will be a
'Democrat plot'
'Proof God wants him as president'
and will fuel his campaign

Personally I'm avoiding news and socials on the subject as far as possible.
In fact I've dialled back my whole interest in the presidential race as America seems to be running full tilt into a dictatorship.
In the increasingly unlikely event Biden wins I may take more of a look in 2025.

Went FTTP over two years ago with BT, the only option at the time.

Not cheap but not having to phone Sky every month because the connection was cr*p is priceless.

In the unlikely event that we go 2.1 ahead vs Netherlands, much less Spain, can you see Southgate telling/letting us push past the halfway line.

We may reach the final, 50/50 I reckon, but Spain will do us or the Dutch in the final.

Agreed the music is lousy.
Trailer seems to major on Denzel who I'd watch in anything.
Mescal seems to be a lot more 'Sparta!' than Russel Crowe.
Not enough Pascal to form a definite impression but I do like the guy.

All in all I'll watch it but I won't be rushing to the cinema and will probably wait till it streams.
