Due to the joys of modern technology watched Ed Ling get his shooting bronze on my phone during a break.
Most of it just been thanks to 5Live.

I used to be with it, but then they changed what `it` was.
Now, what I`m with isn`t it, and what`s `it` seems weird and scary
I've not caught much, just a few bits and bobs, when I've turned the TV on, or we've finished watching something recording, actually I did watch 30 mins or so of various swimming events and things in kwik fit yesterday waiting for them to look at my car :(
fencing - that was quite interesting, the tactics, when you can see one charge at the other, then it switches.
canooing - that looks really tough, the man made course and then they go "upstream" a bit to get through some gates.
didn't see Daly's bronze, I forget what double I did see, but I was amazed, the judges weren't, which kind of made me laugh, that the timing and everything looked spot on to me, but then I'm not an expert.
a little bit of rowing, we looked v strong at that.
edit: Clay pigeon shooting, I just saw a puff of smoke!
I'll try to watch some of the basketball, mountian biking and BMX if I remember/get the chance.

Zero atmosphere at some events but, hey, priced out the riff raff. Great idea sponsors!
And what's with all the bonkers music going off in the background during the tennis?
For people more interested in Brits likely to win medals, BBC have a good guide to each day here that shows who is in contention:

You get used to some things as constants. They feel set in stone, permanent. One of those things was Michael Johnson's 400 metres world record. Not anymore...
