so I can only upload images from a website not my documents?

You can link images from a website as before, but you can now upload them from your hard drive.

Okay when I say, "your hard drive" I mean family friendly images! :)

Also, if you check the URL of an image you upload, you'll see it goes in a directory with your user number, so yes if someone uploads something dodgy we can trace it back to you!
