Grunt Boy - Don`t you think you have shot yourself in the foot a bit here? By using this forum you are exercising your democratic right - and so obviously you do give a "monkeys" or you wouldn`t have voiced you opinion.

I don`t vote. I get a lot of grief from certain people because of this. I don`t vote because I don`t know enough about the parties policies to distinguish between them. They all sound the same to me. Promising everything and delivering nothing. So I don`t vote, I don`t see what difference it would make if one party was government over the other. They`d all mess the country up in their own special little way.

No daveo, I haven`t pointed a firearm anywhere near my appendages. When did I say I wasn`t going to exercise my democratic rights? I said I *was* going to by *not* voting because I don`t give a monkeys *about politics*.

Certainly didn`t equate democratic rights or voting with opinions or posting on a web forum (I bet J.S. Mill didn`t see the internet coming) - but you`ve a point there. Votes, like opinions, are utterly irrelevant. And something else about arseholes that people always quote. :D

Kenny, just vote for the party with the nicest haircut or best looking tits then. Personally I think if you don`t vote then you have NO right to moan about anything the government does.

Since when was moaning apportioned out by the government? Moaning is the most basic right of any human. Nothing can take that away - unless of course you vote for a government who puts "dissidents" in death, sorry *ahem*, happy camps.
