Page 1 of Frozen 2
Love how a wordless trailer is driving the internet nuts. Biggest shock to most was that the girls had different outfits on, and the wildest speculation was that the girl at 1:25 is a possible love interest for Elsa. (Given that the purple fire seen 2 seconds earlier is in the shape of a heart might be the biggest clue - Fire & ice etc)
Pete says....girl at 1:25 is a possible love interest for ElsaWell I give in that I enjoyed the first Frozen and have it on DVD, but this trailer tells nothing of the story.
I don't think there will be an lesbo action as its a Disney film for little and big kids, at least I hope not, or the world has gone to pot, and is no longer the world I was born into.
I haven't read anything about it and hadn't really noticed the loveheart thing.

I don't think Disney are ready to risk losing millions by showing that yet, although if they did, I'm not sure it would look like the characters had just been shopping in Ann Summers ;)
The thing is, the world is different to when we were kids. My girls know some other twins from when they were at playgroup who have two mummies, doesn't bother them in the slightest, why should it? They know sometimes people have a mummy and daddy, sometimes two daddies, sometimes two mummies, sometimes just one parent, they're probably not aware of any other possibilities yet.
When we were kids if parents were divorced that was strange!

"and is no longer the world I was born into."
Well, it is, and always was. It's just conservative and biased sensibilities kept those with 'unusual' leanings firmly hidden away, never discussed and vilified when making their true selves known.
Not sure if you've noticed, but nearly in every commercial these days that features parents/children, the parents will be of different races. Not because they're trying to fill a quota, but more because they're reflecting the actual shape of modern society.
Also, 'lesbo action' is a little crass, and implies something that would never appear in a Disney movie. Same-sex/lesbian relationship, maybe. No-one will top the Tara/Willow relationship growth build from Buffy anyway.
Also worth noting that Frozen has 2 female lead characters who aren't rescued by a handsome prince and manage to resolve their own problems without needing men to do it for them. Look how massively popular this has been for little girls in particular. That in itself is already 'progressive' compared to your old fashioned disney narrative.
No songs in the trailer? Has it gone all a bit serious?

id be greatful if they put off the songs for as long as possible ;)
