Bruce has pocketed him 8 million and is out the door, mercenaries form an orderly queue please knowing you will be set for life after a year of Championship Manger like signings with zero success. TBH im praying they get relegated and I always had a soft spot for them :(

I've been listening to discussions on 5Live on the way home about the list of managers supposedly being considered including the likes of Eddie Howe and Roberto Martinez.
They are going to have to overpay, not that that's a problem now, for whoever comes in as it's an almost guaranteed rest of the season deal to try and stay up.
I'm frankly surprised I haven't hear Allardyce mentioned yet.

Let's just open the popcorn and watch the drama unfold until in a few years they might be out Citying City. Or alternately doing an Everton and spending loads to stand still.

Interesting that the club put out a statement earlier on asking fans not to wear Saudi style clothing and headwear unless it was relevant to their culture or religion.
Culture clash before the next relegation clash.

I did have a chuckle at the small group of pasty white idiots with short memories 'celebrating' the takeover by wearing white sheets and honest-to-goodness supermarket-bought tea-towels on their heads, and just knew that they probably thought the supremely religious & proud country's leaders would find it endearing.

Again, this is why I don't follow football at this level.

No problems with you following whatever sport at whatever level but it's a bit of a stretch laying this one at the Prem's door.
Ar**holes will be Ar**holes with very little reason or provocation.
