Anyone see Japan vs England? Great game, good performance, starting to believe!

Only saw about 30 mins of the first half which was good.
Punditry on the second half, which on balance is way better from ex female players than male, had it that we were a bit of a one trick pony.
Once Japan stopped us playing out from the back we were a bit stumped.

Can't fault 3 wins though which gives an easier next round.

Scotland have reason to be annoyed but as much with themselves as the officials.

missed most of the first half, but liked what I saw :) That third goal was a belter!

Good match all round.
Norway didn't offer much of a threat till it was too late to matter but England certainly rode their luck to keep a clean sheet. The Yanks would certainly have punished those errors. Don't know enough about the French to say what sort of a threat they'll offer but the pundits seem to think they'd be preferable as an opponent.

Three times they set up to do that and still Norway didn't do anything about it.

Much better performance than vs Cameroon, and really relaxed a lot after the third. Way more enjoyable and relaxing to watch!

The Yanks it is then.
Only followed it on the radio but opinion seemed to be they're beatable but a nightmare if you let them score first.

That was a harsh offside. :/ Journey over, all that's left now is for the USA to win the cup and the team to tell Trump to stick his invitation to the White House.
