£200 won`t get much, although you get more for your money from somewhere like novatech, where you can buy a PC with no OS.

Atom or similar is what you`re looking at in that price range.

Dell Outlet

Aria often have old Dells and Compaqs, refurbs quite cheap.

a little over budget, but this refurb with HDMI from Morgan`s ain`t bad for £240

or pay a little more for this Acer at £299
the extra £60 get double H/D & HDMI, and a AMD Phenom 8450 3x Triple Core Processor,

both refurbished

:-)

EDIT
This acer would be the one I`d give serious consideration , but wayyyyyy over budget at £325

Dell outlet is worth keeping an eye on cheapest towers they have tend to be about £250 inc vat and delivery you can get quidco or sometimes get free delivery on offers which should reduce the price a little here is an example

Looing at the links you send how are you going to connect to the net? Neither of them have wireless so you need to factor in the cost of a usb or card connector, the seond one has ethernet so if you are going by cable then that won`t cost you any more. Otherwise much of a muchness.

With the budget you have might be worth considering a laptop or netbook which might give you better value for money espec if you already have a monitor and stuff you can hook it up to.

Edit closer to your budget is this refurb from  pc world only £10 over and seems okay only thing that jumps out at me is no wifi and monitor if you need one.

Acer Refurb Aspire One 531 Intel Atom N270 (1.6GHz) 1GB 160GB Windows 7 Starter 10.1" Netbook

£198.99

I`d only really recommend a netbook if you have a monitor, keyboard and mouse already to plug into it and only want to surf Internet, bit of word processing etc, bu saying that you may not see an improvement over your current PC

The Acers look OK, but the problem with refurbs is you don`t know the full story. Sometimes they`re returns if ppl didn`t want/could meet payments, some just have cosmetic damage which is no problem, but you don`t know if it was dropped down the stairs, or had a temperamental fault.

I`d prefer a cheap new one, or buy from some-one recommended
