Page 1 of Editing tags on mp3 files

Anyone able to recommend a free, idiot-proof tag editor?

I`ve got a stack of downloaded songs on my mp3 player (Creative Zen Touch) that are simply listed as unknown album / artist and I want to get them in some sort of order so I know what`s being played!

I have started using MediaMonkey as my MP3 player on the PC - this has nice simple MP3 tag editing facilities as well.

I`m not sure if it does everything you require but on individual files I just right click, go to Properties, Summary, Advanced then write the artist, title etc into the space`s provided.

I cannot praise mediamonkey enough. It`s a brilliant prog!

Tag And Rename is a program I use all the time. It`ll even search on amazon for the appropriate tags and include the cover in the tag as well.

Use Winamp. Best MP3 player around and use it to change tags too.
