worth watching the last minute or so if nothing else....

I never really thought about Prince as a great guitarist before, shame on me!

Some of those listening parties are really interesting, especially if you like the artist. I have always loved PWEI back from my secondary school days when I was introduced to them, and was pleasantly surprised when Clint Mansell joined in with his ex band mates with anecdotes etc :)

Yes! Shame on you! 😂 They say, to this day, nobody knows where that guitar went. Very, very few guitarists can sing and do a solo at the same time.

I can see why that would get lost amongst all his other talents though. :)

That honestly surprises me.

Although he was a fantastic multi-instrumentalist, he was always appearing in his videos strutting his stuff with a guitar.

I didn't pick up his career until the Purple Rain era but Let's Go Crazy was the track that sealed his fingerlickin' skills for me (bizarrely I always hated Purple Rain)...
