Ordered a couple of DVD's this morning, was surprised that one of the delivery options was "free same day delivery". I do have Prime. Delivery was 19:30. I was impressed.

I get that option on some things if I specify my parents' address in London, but somehow on the Isle of Wight I don't think I'll ever get that option. :/

Apparently Amazon Prime members will now get 20% off pre-orders of games. I guess they are losing a lot to platforms like Steam.

I find that hard to believe, I've bought a fair few AAA games in the last year but all of them from Amazon as still far to expensive to buy a download as opposed to a physical copy.

Still, not going to complain at an extra 20% off...

Amazon Music (prime) now has a ad free radio. Just pick the type of music you want. Listening to a 70's playlist atm, the odd turkey, but I'm enjoying it. :-)

If anyone enjoys the Angry Video Game Nerd then his movie is on Amazon Prime atm. It's watchable, the special effects are entertaining, but unlikely to be enjoyable to anyone who isn't a fan.

If you are a fan, it's kind of like the 70s movies they did from hit BBC TV shows, in comparison with the TV shows. If that makes sense...

Amazon Sub-Prime from February 2024...

Still £8.99 a month for Prime, only now with adverts on the streaming service.

Pay £2.99 a month more to get rid of the ads, but not from live sporting events.

But... Warhammer with Henry Cavill
