BNP get another seat.

Once again they use the genuine fears of ordinary people to advance thier hate filled cause:-(

A better reason to get people to vote I do not know.

All the best,

The 42%er.

Oh joy, just what we need - more belligerent nationalism and intolerance. I`m not quite sure which is more disturbing - the existence of the BNP, or those who vote for them. Although thinking about it, their coexistence is even more frightening.

Sorry, I just don`t understand how people can feel such passionate hatred towards others simply due to their race, religion, ethnic origin, sex, sexuality, height, age, shape of their coffee mug, etc. It doesn`t make sense to me. So much for a civilised society.

The BNP play on the concerns of other and then they get a nice simple escape goat - the "not the same as us" - the BNP have also learnt to clean up thier image, no longer are they the skinhead, boot wearing, tattoed thug, but the man in a suit with a mondeo and an office job.

But I suppose this is Democracy in action - thankfully we don`t have "PR" so we are less likely to see a "BNP" member of parliment.

It always amuses me that you get demonstations, like "Smash the BNP", that at the same time preach tolerence for others views, religion and culture.

The people with odd shaped coffee mugs deserve all they get.

I think the majority who have voted for them are missguided but not racists. I hope any way.

All the best,

The 42%er.

BNP ? Just take a good look at their website, it makes absolutely PERFECT sense to me. But with their reputation always inflamed by the media, they will always be repressed.

That is of course, until we receive this "inevitable" (Quote Mr Blair) terrorist attack. Then good old Labour will steal BNP style policies, just as previous when it stole the TORIES policies. Funny that !

.....And No, I am NOT a BNP Member, just a frustrated hard working Brit, who`d love to live in a `BETTER` country somewhere, but cannot get in because they are caring about their own people ! ! Hmmm.

It wouldn`t be good for them to be in power. The ideal thing would be for them to get as near as needed so Blair and muppets (Gordon Brown and Blunkett excluded) pull their collective finger out and realise what a tense atmosphere is building up in this country. Of course, Mr Blair actually being here once in while would help a great deal

It saddens me greatly that so many working class people ( bnp`s target supporters )are so disenchanted with the mainstream parties.
My passionate hope is that the people who voted for these racist extremists did so as a protest against what is wrong with politics and politicians, rather than any real racist convictions.
Although having read some of the rabid disgorgement on these forums I sometimes wonder.

P.S. the use of lower text for the bnp is not a grammatical error, it`s simply that they do not warrant capital letters.

The BNP stand for the british people, this includes Asian brits as well.
They want a Britain for British folk not Johnny Foreigner coming here spounging off us.I live in a city where there are more Somalians and Kosovans then ever and we have a massive incerese in TB.They bring disease and theive from us hard working people and we are just to sit back and let them do it?Not Me. It`s time this country said enough is enough. If we end up having a long conflict with Iraq or any other country will these new British citizens (asylum seekers) help us out? I think not. They will soon bog off home with the money from our wallets and the wealth of this country.

Yea, they stand for "voluntary resettlement" of non whites to "their lands of ethnic origin".

and from the BBC

"Some critics of the party, who include the journalist Nick Cohen, say in the small print it endorses considering "forcible repatriation" for those non-whites who refuse to return, although no reference can be found to this on the BNP`s website. "

I actually sat down and read anp pamphlet that oozed through my letterbox once. It`s all very nice stuff, on face value. But reading between the lines, it`s just Nazi-ism through and through. They seem to want to eradicate anyone not born on this land so that we can clean the bloodline. Aryan Supremacism anyone?

As for the dinenchanted voters, I believe in Canada, or Australia (please correct me if I`m wrong, I think I am) on voting day, there is always an option for `None of the Above` on the voting forms. When this was introduced, not only did the voting numbers go up, but `None of the Above` got most votes. Since then, the political parties in that country have actually endeavoured to show what they mean to do, rather than adopt a stance of "Well, if you don`t vote for us, then THEY`LL get in, and they`re crap".

But the government parties in this country will never adopt this method, because they`re terrified that More people will vote for no-one, rather than the jokers we`ve got now.

The next best thing we can do is to vote for a party that everyone knows will never get in. That`ll be the Liberals then..
