Page 1 of Ghost Rider: a stinker in the making?

Don`t ask me why, but I have a feeling this is going to be the next big comic-book bomb. Again, I don`t quite know why, as it looks diverting enough from the trailer. Maybe it`s because Nic Cage has been in so much s***e lately, Eva Mendes is simply walking T&A and the fact it`s apparently got Angry Anderson in it - yes, Scott & Charlene`s Angry Anderson... "Suddddddenly youuuuuuu`re seeeeeeeeeeeeeeeing meeeee....."

I`m not sure what`s more disturbing, the fact he`s in it or the fact you seem to know the words to his only hit...

I think th fact that it`s out in February means it`ll be crap, if it was good they`d release it later. Reminds me of Daredevil...

I`m sure I read it was due out in the Summer, but thought better not compete with Superman so pushed it back to get it looking better.

I quite enjoyed Daredeveil, but I`m sure this will be a flop like Daredevil was regardless of how good it is but because he`s not as famous a superhero as Batman, Superman, Spiderman

According to the IMDb, he was in Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome a.k.a Mad Max: The Pretty Rubbish One.

Daredevil didn`t flop, it did pretty good business (over $100m in America).

There is something off-putting with Ghost Rider. I`ll see it, no doubts there, but even when it was announced it`s like... the guy has a flaming skull!!!!!
Just doesn`t translate well to the screen. But with that thought in mind, this could be a surprise.
