A surprisingly good movie about the life of Ned Kelly, the renowned Australian outlaw.
The cast does a very good job (even Ledger, who has the most annoying voice in cinema`s history!) and the characters are very well developed.
The video transfer is very good. The colors are bright and well saturated and the picture shows no sign of grain nor of compression signs.
The DTS and DD 5.1 soundtrack is very good. The surrounds are constantly used and create a beautiful sound envelope.
The menus are animated with sound.
The extras include a documentary about the characters and a picture gallery.
Bottom line - a great "good gangsters" movie with an almost decent disc to match.
