That might just be the harshest red card for years.

Does even Leno know what he was thinking?

Arsenal have reportedly been told they can sign Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard for just £15m...

Seems like a bargain but I think someone on here may be a trifle upset.

Abou is scoring again, do we need another striker right now? :)

Also, at times there was some amazingly tight passing going on in that game. Odegaard looks really good and I'm sure he was a big influence, then Saka and Smith Rowe linking up together...

We aren't there yet, but I think Odegaard might be the final missing piece. Just need them all to get games together, and Tierney to get fit.

The best I can describe that is we just weren't quite on it.
Plenty to like but Oh my the missed chances.
We should be able to take the home tie with all that support and a familiar stadium...?
Yeh I know...Athens and a couple of bored Greek groundsmen.

We'd better wake up a bit against City.

I'd rather our off day was today and we played strongly for City rather than the other way around.

That was a nervy game 😂

Tierney is such a player, and Saka, and great to see Abba back in form.

Once they scored I was convinced it would finish 3.3 with them going through on away goals with neither of us ever having played at home.

Delighted to be proved wrong but was definitely sweating while they checked VAR.

From one who knows, Cesc

Saka is such a good player. Such a maturity and intelligence for his age. Game changer.
Yes he's one of our own and let's wrap him in cotton wool but bloody hell do we need Tierney's drive and commitment. If you haven't yet check out his reaction to scoring his goal.

Leicester currently drawing so let's hope they get extra time and pens to knacker them for Sunday.

EDIT: They've just gone 1.0 down.
Not sure if that would be good or bad for us.

Yes, we really do, he is a rare player. Normally when you have someone like that, they end up being a bit of a thug, but he's not, and I wonder if this is because he has the ball control and raw talent to match it.

And Saka, this kid is 19! I know so many times we've seen a youngster at Arsenal play really well but they make some bad decisions and you just shrug it off and hope they'll get past that with experience. But Saka is 19, and he makes good decisions as much as most senior players. Him and Smith Rowe are such exciting young players, not because they are young with so much potential, but they are already really good players that you want to be first choice and you wonder what magic level they could reach one day.

I am going to whine more about Xhaka and how he slows down every attack, I'm still sure he's been told to because he can't be trusted not to give the ball away otherwise.

But for once I'm not going to whine about Willian, he did good. Not game changingly good, but he was more than fine.

Europa League last-16 drawQuote:
Ajax v BSC Young Boys

Dynamo Kiev v Villarreal

AS Roma v Shakhtar Donetsk

Olympiakos v Arsenal

Dinamo Zagreb v Tottenham

Manchester United v AC Milan

Slavia Prague v Rangers

Granada v Molde
Olympiakos then, possible revenge for last year and two home ties (Greek home and Home home).

Could have been a lot worse

United got the sh*tty end of the stick with A C Milan but at least all the UK teams managed to avoid each other. Which just makes it more likely we'll have to beat at least one of them if we get past the Greeks.

If we end up in a final v Tottenham I shall have to either up my meds or start the game half cut.

if you can get Eduoard for anything near that snap our hands off, that's the equivalent of getting KT for half price, he will end up back at PSG for an obscene amount. I was hoping you would draw  rangers so KT could get captains armband
