First VAR penalty without any referee say, suspect that will be the last time that happens, followed by a winning own goal.

Thought Everton played well and deserved a draw.
VAR was right but what happened to linesman only flagging for obvious offsides? Defender put his arm up (as lots do) but don't think anyone stopped playing.
