Page 7 of Arsenal: A new beginning for the 2018/19 season

We had a team of players there with comparatively few appearances in a north London derby but to a man, from the manager down, they get it.

Every single one of them wanted it more than them lot. well in front on every stat and the icing on the cake, he's been there for 5 minutes, how much did that goal mean to Torriera.

It would have been so nice to make it 5. You know, just for the set.

I only saw the first half and had to go out, so could only enjoy the highlights of the second half. Will definitely be watching that when it's on the Arsenal player!

Watched the second half as well now, Deli Alli is such a diver, but that was a great derby! Arsenal wanted it so much more, I don't think there was a single ball they didn't want more.

Yes we should but if you'd offered us 4 points from the Sp*rs and Utd games I think we'd have taken it.
I'm not so sure I wouldn't give them the win if we could have Holding back uninjured though. Early info suggests that could be his season over. Still at least it happened before January.

Considering he was bought by Moyes, Fellani is such a Moaniho player.

Seen the first half, in which we seemed to be playing Huddersfoul with a referee who was out of his depth.
The MOTD higlights  described that as 'like a basketball press' go figure.
They preferred to major on three bookings for us for simulation, only one of which I'd allow and I'd even argue that.
Xhaka had his leg taken across like you used to at school, tap the left behind the right so you you trip yourself.
Mustafi laid it on a bit but 'I've seen them given' that's the one I'd swallow.
Guendouzi got a shove in the back which even MOTD seemed blind to.

One nil, three points.
A weeks rest till Southampton as I'm sure it will be the kids and the tea lady playing Carrier bag.

EDIT: I still want Lacazette's disallowed goal explained as it was from a back pass while the player clearly had it under control.

as it turns out, I couldn't go next door, as Hibs were on, so I 'had' to find a streaming site, I'll remember that next time we're on TV :)

I guess we were kind of lucky it wasn't your A team, but i'll still take the 3 points as it's rare for us ;(


(We have an ex England capped goalie if you want a new one ;) I very much doubt you'll be interested in our defenders :( )
