I think that was our desperate hope a few months ago!

There was a small earth tremor this afternoon in Italy.
Half of Milan was slapping the table and p*ssing themselves laughing.

Brighton fans were mocking the away fans at the station and were shut up with
'You're nothing special
We lose every week'

I'm genuinely sad that a once great manager who had an unerring ability to offload a player just as he was over his peak is so incapable of being self aware enough to spot it in himself.
I found myself wondering if maybe we should give the team to Steve Bould for the rest of the season and see if we could at least defend but then Arsene seems to have had him Gelded some time ago.

This from Arserblog
Quote:
Wenger currently maintains the support of majority shareholder Stan Kroenke but that the balance of that relationship could shift depending on feedback from son Josh, who has been getting to know the club first hand in the last couple of weeks.

While it’s not something the Times reports, it’s rumoured that Kroenke Jr could take over as chairman from Sir Chips Keswick at the end of the current campaign.

I'm finding this whole Josh Kronke thing confusing.
Do we know any more about him than silent Stan?
Is it an 'Oh good or an Oh sh*t.

There is a a situation in which Chelsea win the Champions league and we win the Europa which could drop them into the Europa despite finishing 4th.

Delicious irony if it happened but I expect Milan will put a stop to that, if not this evening then by the return fixture.

That and I don't expect Chelsea to win the Champions league.

Really? What is that scenario?
I thought winning it guaranteed qualification?
Top four qualify too now - no pre-qualifiers.
EDIT: or are you not talking about Chelsea as 'them? Spurs is possible yeah.
