Page 1 of DVD`not so`soon - will my discs ever arrive?

Has anyone else had any problems with dvdsoon?
I ordered 2 titles over a week ago now, their status for the past week has been `onhand 24h`, so I assumed that they would ship immediately. But when I check my order status, they are still `pending`. I placed the orders seperately so there is no wait for other titles.
I`ve emailed them, but from previous experience, my discs have arrived before I receive a reply.
The saying `you get what you pay for` pops into mind - in this case crap service!

You think a week is bad? I`ve been waiting for an order to be sent out since the 3rd of August- & its still listed as "Pending" You are right about `you get what you pay for`
I can`t see me ever using this Mickey Mouse mob ever again

No doubt someone will now post about how they have bought 200 DVD`s from DVDSoon & had no problems- Well guess what? That doesn't make me feel any better!

I`ve cancelled my orders. Will use someone reliable from now on like CDWOW!

I have had the same experience lately over 14 days to ship in stock dvds

Has anyone tried e-mailing them?if so what did they say?

What do they say, oh that is a good one. I pre-ordered Spidey on 10th August. However I made a boob whilst ordering and as a result the status of the order read `Checking ID`.
Now at first I thought O.K. as my boob kind of required them to do this but that was then... and this is nearly 1 month later. Status is still `checking ID`.
I have e-mailed them 19 times and have yet to have 1 reply back!!! To make matters worse I pre-ordered using my debit card so i cannot cancel via my bank. I do not know if my order is valid, is cancelled whether I will get my disc at release time, at all or my money back.
I am, as they say, in limbo.

What do they say...oh that still gets me!!

I have e-mailed them twice and both times they replied within a couple of days.........
