TheOgster has it - and from what he`s said about it its great.

I`ve got it (on the half price deal as I have a mobile contract with them) and the service, reliability etc is second to none.
I recommend it without hesitation.
I have it too, would highly recommend it.
tbh, i wasn`t expecting anything from my o2 BB i only got it becuase it was free, but i have to say it`s been excellent, my download speed is considerably less than the cable connection (i get around 350kbps) but the upload is actually faster than my 20mb cable, the cable connection max`s out at around 85-90kbps, & the o2 connection fires out 120kbps no problems.
dunno about customer services etc as i havn`t needed them, but from my experience i`m happy enough to recomend it :)

Son has it installed at his grandad`s where he is now living.
He ordered it before end of Jan & got 3 free months, paid £30 for the router which is credited against his account, so he is effectively paying for 12 months out of the 17 months he needs it for.
Simple to set up for the first time user with a Windows machine not quite as simple if unless you have a Mac\Linux based machine, only thing I would say against it is apparent lack of contol over security options, I know you can log directly onto the box & configure it further.
Doesn`t seem to be much point in hacking that box though, as the guy next door, has his router wide open to all & sundry. ;)
I consider myself an optimist, albeit an optimist with cynical tendencies and a dark side that Lucifer himself would find a little creepy. (Perhaps you've noticed.) You don't normally associate cynicism with an upbeat pov. But I have exactly that combination and will defend it.
Heartily glad that I don`t have to learn how to spell Chiwetel Ejiofor.

Going to O2 BB was the best thing i ever done. the connection drops now and again for the first 2 weeks but after that it`s great. Constant download speeds all day and night and i can hit 120/130kbs upload. I`ve got no idea how good customer service is coz i`ve never had to ring them in the 13months i`ve had it:D

THANKS for all the replys, i just got a email back off aol and my 18 month contract does not run out till 1st may so will have to wait till then, i asked the question because i thought i had about a month left so will have to wait a while longer, thanks again :)
If work didn`t pay for my BT Business ADSL then I`d be straight on to O2 Premium.
They have equipment installed in my local exchange already, which is only half a mile away so in theory I`d get a decent connection.
