How do you reinstall windows xp on Toshiba tablet?

Harry_Potter (Competent) posted this on Monday, 16th July 2007, 14:43

My Tobisha tablet for some mad and unknown reason is failing to boot up, not finding the operating system. After a number of attempts it appears to eventually work?

Anyone else faced such a problem? Will reinstalling Windows resolve the problem?

The question is then how as there is no drive in the device? Is there a way of connecting by wire for example from my desktop?

Help ... please!!

Chris

Did Toshiba provide a recovery CD at all? Or any documentation about how to recover? On Dell machines for example they often have a hidden partition on the hard drive that stores the recovery image and you simply boot with F11 (or something) held down to select the recovery option.
