Should my blu ray player be resting on all four of its feet?

deano59 (Competent) posted this on Tuesday, 30th August 2016, 21:31

I bought a Sony S7200 and while it seems to work perfectly - only the front right and back left legs make contact with any surface I place it on.  The other two feet don't make any contact with any surface I place it on.  Is this normal - should I bring it back and exchange it?

Kind Regards

Dan

Has it got rubber feet missing? Doesn't sound right to me!

No - the rubber feet are there - I bought it brand new from Amazon - just got it two days ago - I think you are right Rob - I have decided to send it back and get a replacement.

Thanks

Kind Regards

Dan

Sound like the case is slightly twisted.
