Shnozzer,

I`ve just received my 210e from www.leconcepts.com and its multi-region by way of their `chipless` multi-region upgrade. I have probably somewhere near 40-50 R1 disks and whilst I didn`t get chance over the last two days to watch them all I saw a fair few, including a couple of RCE disks and they all worked perfectly.

Very pleased with the player, sound and picture quality is very good.

The noisy drive everyone is moaning about, doesn`t seem to be an issue or not as big as its being made out to be, theres some drive noise during loading and jumping round the menu, but once its playing the film it`s silent.

Overall very happy.

Cheers

Chris

thank you,
mick.

Shnozzer,

you`ll find www.play247.com to be very good, they show real time stock levels and are pretty fast on the delivery front normally a couple of days.

I haven`t tried any other e-tailers with supposedly very fast delivery times, but www.futureent.com seem to get good press for service and delivery, but can`t vouch for them myself as I`ve never used them personally.

Hope this helps.

Cheers

Chris

Schnozzer
Can you not confirm with Richer Sounds about its multi-region compatibility?

I think Richer use Tritek for their mods (http://www.tritek.co.uk) - they certainly mention them in their catalogue. If you look on their site it tells you what their mods achieve for each player.
