Yes another RIP thread.

In answer to the inevitable 'Who?'

He was rushing to the Private Eye party which was on a boat leaving from Westminster pier and thinking he'd miss it sent this to a friend on the boat.







I can't think of a better last words for a cartoonist.

...and another somewhat prophetic one.

Only very vaguely knew who he was, but noted yesterday people talking about his death.

Some notable person who I think also died recently (I forget who) described death as not an end, but as you having to leave a party early, while the party carries on without you. That cartoon illustrates that rather poignantly.

I've been following him on Twitter for a couple of years.
All around nice bloke as well as a bloody good cartoonist.

Did a lot for dementia as his dad suffered from it.
