In car video recording for insurance purposes...

After a friend of mine from work was involved in a crash insurance scam recently he was advised to consider an in car recorder.
Then this morning I spotted this on ebuyer:

It doesn`t mention nighttime recording, but surely it can`t be any good for that for £40 right??

I don`t imagine the one you linked to will be up to much. I`ve been wrong before though!
