SKY1 and the take (Martina cole)

I started watching this last week and watched the next episode on weds, at the end tere was no annoucement of Sky to say when the next episode is on so I assumed the next one was on weds just like the previous ones but as I were flicking through I noticed they were showing the next episode tonight, Its repeated tomorrow but its p***poor of sky to not even tell anyone when its on.

is it any good? The adverts looked interesting but the TV snob in me tells me to avoid Sky One homegrown shows like I do ITV.

frotm looking in the tv guide they`re repeating it load on Sky 1 and Sky 2

The book was great, depends how many liberties the screenwriters took...

I`ve avoided watching it since I enjoyed the book so much.

Its been on sky anytime (is that what its called?....the red button anyway) if you have a sky+ box.
So far, all three parts have have been there. I just pressed record & it was transferred to the planner.
No on screen logo`s, no ads, shame they still talk over the end, but two out of three ain`t bad. :)
For some unknown reason I can`t use the "copy" to transfer to my dvd recorder, but that`s no biggie, just press play on the sky+ box & record in the normal way.
I`ve recorded it, but haven`t watched any yet, I`m going to watch it all in one sitting

I thought they showed them all in the space of a few nights?

The first two episodes were on back to back a couple of weeks ago and its been on every wednesday since then with the final episode coming this wek, what youve probably seen advertised is one of the many many repeats they keep showing.

For what its worth its excellent and i cant wait to see how it all ends, that siad i havent read the book so dont know how it stacks up

Really enjoying this one. Would not normally have tuned in but the other half has read quite a few of Martina Cole`s books, and the previews seen whilst watching must-see TV House (also on Sky1) were pretty tasty. Freddy is great isn`t he, but I do fear for Freddy Jnr :(

I must apologise to sky I had seen this episode but forgot that i nodded off for approx 5mins (id not long been home from work and i were knackered) and the 5mins id seen were the 5mins id not seen on its 1st showing so I assumed they were showing the next part, silly me.
Really Good programme I like it a lot.
