My body clock has been self-adjusting all week, waking me up early, I don't think this is anything to do with it being clever, just natural anxiety about the world.

Don't normally need alarms.
If I set them I'm normally looking at my phone five mins before they go off.

Just set one though as I doubt biology is aware of the stupidity of BST.

I have one of these wall clocks in the house that works from the radio signal. Wish all my clocks were like that. I used to have a Vauxhall car well over a decade ago that had that type of clock, so it was auto setting. My latest car is back to manual setting. Talk about future technology going backwards LOL.
