The them tune was the "I need a hero" song and the actor died while accidentally shooting himself in the head while twisting the handgun on his finger........

What was it called...any ideas, driving me mad!

....for the same reason most people do stupid stuff.....to `impress` others.To create an image for themselves of a guy who is able to flit through life without a care or effort.....unlike ordinary Joes who have to deal with all the usual boring crap.
Just ask any of the idiots revving around residential streets at 60 mph in Clios etc. >:(
