Did any of you used to enjoy watching old classics like Transformers, Mask and Thundercats. What were you faves?

My girlfriend and I were talking about how lucky we, in retrospect, were lucky to grow up in the 80`s. They dont make em like they used to.

Im currently getting re-aquainted with Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors and Ulysses 31, thanks to cartoon network.

Although my big faves were He-Man, Transformers, Visionaries and spider-man and his amazing friends. And strangely i did have quite a soft spot fot The Gummi Bears.....

My fave from the 80`s has to be Hong Kong Phooey.

Still makes me giggle seeing the cat doing the real work.

Erm, not that I watch them still.

I still watch Captain Caveman, and I`m not ashamed of the fact. :p

Oh, and Mysterious Cities of Golds. And possibly the Moomins. But I can only remember that being very long and very weird.

I used to watch Transformers with my son (he`s 29 now) and he knew them all. He had loads of toys but his favourite was the truck that turned into a robot. Was the theme "Transformers, Robots in disguise"

By the way I hate all cartoons now except the Simpson`s. Showing cartoons every Saturday morning for the kiddies matinée for 10 years put me off them.
