Right - its a new circuit, its lap 25 out of 57 (nearly half distance) and he is in the lead.

Is there really any point in watching the rest of the season?

:(

While F1 continues to let drivers and teams make the rules, and break them when they need, then F1 will continue to be boooooring.

Schumacher is singularly the most influential person in F1; he and Ferrari develop a car, then insist the rules change to suit the new vehicle... It`s bad taste, poor sportsmanship and dangers F1`s credibility. We have also seen rules change during the season to `help` him.

No-one doubts he is a great driver and Ferrari a great team, but to all intents are purposes, they are cheating.

My favourite cheat was when he took a 10 second penalty AFTER the race was over and he was still allowed to win the race....hahahahaha what a joke !

Just my view,

Neil.

Why do the trophies look like waste paper baskets?

Totally dominant - most reliable car, flawless driving and tyres which suited cooler conditions (even the weather was on Schumacher`s side!). It will be interesting to see how the Bridgestone`s cope with the hot summer races in Europe.

Think they are supposed to look like the control tower at the circuit. Largest one at 9 storeys high.

I`m hoping that the mad pixie that controls F1 will remember the late Peter Ustinov`s monologue `The Gibraltar Grand Prix` and arrange a race their. I just can`t wait to see that race. And it would have the added factor of totally teeing off the Spanish.

Same rules for all the teams, all the teams have to agree to the rule changes before they come in to force. As for that bloody German in the red car he is the best out there and all they have to do is try and knock him off the top. God how I love those Red Cars.Oh by the way can you tell I am a BIG fan of the man himself ?

No.
Another year of roundy rounds playing follow the cobbler.

I gave up any remaining interest after the Barrichello/Schumaker "After you Claude" incident.
I`ve rediscovered Bikes. Try Superbikes. Two races on one day and more overtaking in one of them than an entire season of F1

Don`t agree with f1 nut.

Its the car
Put Raikkonen in Ferrari, he will win
Put Button in Ferrari, he will win
Put Montoya in Ferrari, he will win

At the mo` Ferrari have the reliability and the power. NO engine probs. No tyre probs.

Was the same about 5 - 6 years ago. Mclaren had the reliability and they kept winning.

We will just have to wait until another team gets more reliable.
