Well for me its Unreal Tournament, one of the few games I have played for more that a month or so.

Elite came a very close 2nd, and Quake 2 in 3rd place.

The Secret Of Mana - i thought this was better than zelda 3. ill never forget the day i got it and lost any recollection for that entire day. the game world for me was so absorbing...

Allied Assault, although it wasn`t long enough.

The first time I played Unreal right through was fantastic - so many graphical showcase moments.

Immediate stand out titles are as follows (okay I`m a Sega and Nintendo fan): -

Original Fifa on the PC (complete with diagonal pitch!)

Virtual Tennis 2

Anyway, the best game ever is unquestionably Street Fighter 2.

NHl Hockey. The version where you could make people bleed (95 i think)

Final Fantasy series - There`s not other series of games come close to the size and engrossing aspect of this collection. This also applies to most of Squaresoft`s games, Xenogears, Chono Trigger........

Gran Turismo - This game absolutly revolutionised the driving game genre, before this all games looked like cartoons.

Championship Manger series- I can play this for hours and it`ll only feel like minutes.

Final fantasy 7 (PS1)- not many games where you spend 8 hours a day playing it
Operation Wolf (Spectrum +2 version of course)
Streets Of Rage (unquestionably the best game on MD)

Loads of cool games, but one of my all time faves is...

The Sentinel (PC version is identical to the C64 game) which still scares the living daylights out of me when I play it in the dark....

My favourite game was FF7 followed closely by Legend of Zelda, Story of Thor, and the first Resident Evil.

I`ve thought about this before, and always have trouble picking out a favourite. Even now there are so many games I`ve liked it is hard to say.

One of my favourites was always LucasArts` "Sam and Max Hit the Road". But anyway, here are a few faves:- When I think of more I`ll add them on, but off the top of my head:-
