Well, I`m learning with you here. Read this article to understand where Ultraviolet is going (it`s a fairly new set up, so there`s going to be confusion)

I think you may find that Netflix will allow you to get your digital download, because i`m sure I read that was who the BBC are linked up with for their digital downloads - see how you get on. Please report back so we know for future queries.

Why is it that every time I see this thread I think of Jack Davenport and vampires?

Thank you for buying the Doctor Who Series 7 Part 1 DVD. To redeem your digital copy, just click on the link below and follow the instructions on the page. You will also need the redemption code on the flyer that came with your disc.
http://www.bbcultraviolet.com/

You will be able to redeem and view your digital copy of Doctor Who via a service called Flixster (not Netflix, which is a totally different service). Please make sure you redeem from a PC or a Mac not from a tablet or a smartphone. The redemption process can only be done from a computer at present. Once you have claimed your file and it shows in your library, you can then view it from compatible mobile devices.

You can find more information on the site.

Enjoy

Hi smurfette
BBC Worldwide has partnered with Flixster.com not Netflix. You can find more information on http://www.bbcultraviolet.com/

Thanks

Oh my, that is efficient! Thank you for taking the time to search out this thread and make sure we all know what we`re doing!!!

(Does this new service mean the licence fee goes up again next year? ONLY JOKING)

Hi smurfette

Thanks,  we like to please. For your information, DVDs and all consumer products are actually managed by BBC Worldwide, which is a commercial entity and isn`t financed by the licence fee. In fact BBC Worldwide`s profits contribute to the making of BBC Programmes. If you want to know more, please go to http://www.bbcworldwide.com/

I hope this answers your question

Brilliant - make more DVDs and Blu-Rays (of which I have an enormous collection, especially all your nature documentary series!) to pay for more quality TV. Good to know.
