Page 1 of Help....name the Fireman film........?????

A friend of mine asked for my help in naming a film about firemen, which contains something along the lines of the dead father rings them on the telephone! :/

The only Firemen films I could think of were Backdraft and Ladder 49, but reading their storylines does not appear to be either of these - any ideas folks???????????

frequency, with dennis quad (very sp) i think the dad was a fireman & the son a cop, but it was a CB radio not a phone.

thats the best i can think of :) good movie as well :)

Funny, I had never heard of it until this thread, then yesterday when I was looking through tv guide, gf asked me to record Midnight Run, as I`ve never seen it, and she said to record Frequency too as she said it`s supposed to be good :)

Don`t know when i`ll watch it, have a habit of recoding films, and never getting round to watching them. Watched Cypher last night, recorded it off Film 4 a while ago, that was really good.

I think its well worth watching Al.
Daft storyline....but Dennis Quaid & Jim Caviezel put in some good performances and its an entertaining movie.
