Page 1 of HMV £9.99 Sale

I poped into my local branch yesterday and they were reducing quite a few DVD`s to £9.99. These were primarily the ones that have been featured in BOGOF deals since the dawn of BOGOF deals.

I picked up Princess Mononoke regular edition (cheapest Internet price is £14.99), and they also had Resevoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction and many more. The trouble with BOGOF is that I can never two that I actually want!

Local branch is MK and the prices on the `net have not been reduced!

got the Almost Famous exclusive from the Telford branch for £12.99 bargain, there were some others but already had them.

Went back in today to check for more discounted titles and it appears that the £9.99 range is limited to say the least... I only found around ten titles three of which I have already mentioned.

By the way, these are all amongst the a-z and not on a special shelf. I had been contomplating buying Princess Mononoke for at least three weeks so this was great boon.

I think so. Just bought it last week with BOGOF promotion, T2+Almost Famous 2 Disc Special Edition DTS.
Real bargain! I guess this SE is exclusively to HMV, never found DTS version on any website (R2).

They have now made this a full-on promotion, however, i was hard pushed to find anything decent and was lucky to have picked up Princess Mononoke when I did!
