RE: "24" Season 1 And 2 DVD Box Set £9.10 (£19.18 delivered)

does that price include the $25 postage charge??

RE: European PS3 different to US and Japanese.. Less backwards compatibility..

I listened to a guy on the radio who said that the japanese version of ps3 is actually the best one to get - as it has ps2 hardware in it which allows it to be backward compatible with ps2 games (so ps2 and ps3 in one unit :x ). BUT the uk version ps3 which is considerably more expensive will not have the ps2 hardware built-in >:(

MiNE ARRived YestERday!!

RE: Grab before goes...might be mistake: Portable Ipod Speakers for 1 pence!! Amazon.co.uk

Amazon fixes the p&p at £4, £4.50 or £5 - depending on it`s stated weight of the item. The seller then takes this into consideration when setting the price.

So there`s no bargain or even rip-off. Just look at the total amount and decide if it`s worth it. The previous price quoted was £6.98 (whether correct or not) for the item incl. p&p. It was also stated that the set could be got for £2.99 - factor in actual postage - then whatever profit - seems about right to me.

RE: 50 Free Prints and Free p&p

Thanks to O.P. - still a great offer!

Prepay Nokia N70 on Orange - £139

This phone appears to be £100 cheaper than anywhere else at Phones4U?

It also appears in the reconditioned section of the website but no mention is made of this anywhere in the listing page. Their other reconditioned phones clearly state reconditioned??

IN-STORE AT VIRGIN MEGASTORES - £50 FREE CREDIT FOR ANY PHONE COSTING £79 OR MORE.

THE CREDIT IS AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED OVER A PERIOD OF A COUPLE MONTHS - NOT IN ONE GO - CAN`T REMEMBER THE EXACT BREAKDOWN.

Free Argos Vouchers - Back On Again.

This only applies if you make qualifying purchases:

- Spend £50 - £99.99 (excluding delivery charge) in a single transaction and receive a free £5.00 Argos gift voucher.
- Spend £100 or more (excluding delivery charge) in a single transaction and receive a free £10.00 Argos gift voucher.
-Excludes the purchase of gift vouchers using gift vouchers as a method of payment (perfectly fine if using cash, credit / debit cards).

Full terms

So, if you intend to make a spend of over £50 - why not buy £50 worth of gift vouchers using cash, credit / debit cards - get a £5 gift voucher free. Then use the purchased £50 or £55 (in total) vouchers to pay for your intended purchase - and qualify for another £5 voucher.

Well within the terms and conditions of the offer. Although you might be advised to use different cashiers.

see doublegandt`s previous listing which kinda got highjacked.

RE: FREE BROADBAND!!! (terms and conditions apply)

Looks a good deal for the price especially as it`s reportedly for 8 megabit speed. There`s a £75 disconnection charge if cancelled before 18 months.

£47 Credit On Your British Gas A/C

I am currently with British Gas - but have signed up to go with EDF. I pressume EDF have instructed BG of my wish to leave them. To my surprise BG rang me and offered me £47 credit onto my account (after 4 months) if I agree to come back to BG.

They are obviously desperate not to lose any more customers.

RE: wi fi laptop.Keeps turning off internet after about 15 minutes

or go to your modem settings and turn off `auto disconnect`

RE: Verbatim 25 tub of DVD+/- R now 5.99 @ sainsburys

NOKIA 6020 & £20 Bundle Voucher = £29.99

Apologies for the mess, but go to:

http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Search?storeId=10001&catalogId=3801&langId=-1&searchTerms=VIRGIN&viewType=seeAll&sortBy_1=16384&searchScope=458&searchType=&maxResults=22&fltrCatIds_1=28803&catId_1=29250&catName_1=Gifts&catHits_1=23&catId_2=28803&catName_2=Office%2C+PC+and+phones&catHits_2=22

At the bottom of the page you`ll find the Nokia 6020 which proclaims `Save £49 when you buy selected Virgin Mobile and £20 top up`

547 1689 - Virgin Mobile Nokia 6020 (£59.97)
549 0347 - Virgin Mobile £20 Bundle Voucher (£20)

When you add the phone and the bundlle voucher (not the the credit) - the total shows up as £29.99 for both.

It`s not available for home delivery - only instore if you have a local store which has the stock.

I`ve tried but to no avail. The store I tried wouldn`t honour the deal claiming it`s a website pricing error. They`d only offer the phone and bundle for £59.99 - NAH THANKS!!
