Photobox.co.uk - Bl**dy useless

One company I certainly wouldn`t recommend to anyone!
Ordered 60 prints on the 20th Jan, email recieved that they had been dispatched on the 22nd.
Waited til the 29th, emailed them as no photos. Received email on 30th, re dispatched and apologies, please could I verify correct address which I did.
Emailed them on 8th Feb as still no photos, emailed on the 9th to say they have re-dispatched another set.
Emailed on the 16th as still no photos, received email from them today stating had my address as number 8 so they had all been sent there(funny cos I went to number 8 and he has had nothing for me!) .
Apparently another set is being re dispatched today - bit late for me as the photos were for an album for my mothers b`day which was 2 weeks ago >:(

To be honest, if your only doing 4 x 6 photos, the supermarkets are really good value, or get yourself a standalone photo printer, have a canon one really good if you dont mind having a postcard template on the back. Nearly used photobox around the same time to try out, as seemed like a good offer they mailed me. I would shout a bit louder at them should give you some credit or for free, as thats crazy, 4 weeks for photos!

I`ve never had any problems with Blueyonder, who use Photobox. Asda photo on the other hand seem to have terribly low standards when it comes to photo gifts.

I ended up going to Asda and getting them printed but was really dissapointed with the colours.
Was the `offer` of just 4x6`s but the photo album I got only fitted that size so thought it was a cheap but good way of filling an album I would never use and keep my mother happy....................should of known `bargain` nor `happy mother` are in my vocabulary :/
At least I got my beautiful photo book from Kodak :)

I have used Photobox a couple of times and have been very pleased with their speed and quality. My only niggle is that they use very thin paper for 10x8`s.

I bought a load of mugs and mouse mats from Asda in their pre-Christmas offer. If I had paid £5 or £6 I would have been disappointed but at £1.50 each I couldn`t grumble.

I am sorry you had a problem with Photobox, I will now have to add a caveat when I recommend them.

I bought the same mugs in the offer, every single print was noticeably crooked. I sent back the worst one (had a smeared print) for replacement, and it came back with a print that wasn`t central, so if you hold the mug straight the picture is vanishing off the side. I`d have sent the lot back, but they were Xmas pressies and they couldn`t guarantee replacements in time to send to people. I`ve never used them since, not just because of the quality, but also the attitude of the staff.

I`d definitely say give Photobox another go if you can bear to, I`ve tried Snapfish and Kodak as well as Asda, and the prints from Blueyonder/Photobox always seem far nicer.

I`ve always used Photobox and have had great service, prints almost always arrive within 2 days and come out well.

Never had a major problem with photobox (well, they did send me the wrong photobooks, but refunded me full price rather than the BOGOF offer I`d used), usually receive photo`s next day no problems.

My photos arrived this morning. `Yay` I thought until I opened them and found half of them missing. So angry >:( >:( >:(
Never ever again will I use them
