My mp3 player was great, my jeans, t-shirt, socks were great, my DVD was good, my after-shave stuff was good. Guess I`m just a lucky bastard.

40 year old vrigin (from my brother) was very disappointing...as was the hairbrush set from my sister in law, and my nan`s gift bag was just as strange as always :/ (it contained a brown purse she got free when she bought the matching handbag - which she gave mum, two half full bottles of body lotion, and two used make up bags - bright pink with an orange pattern).

Got some good smelly stuff, nice earings, new jewelerry (Sp?) case, teddy bear, jumper, gloves, and terry pratchets "going postal", all of which were good! :D

I also got the Meatloaf "hits out of hell" album, which i love, however, on the last track (track 10, paradise by the dashboard lights) it crackles about halfway through for no apparent reason...tried it on all sorts of stereos and dvd players and what not, but its still there...very annoying coz its my favourite track from the album! >:( Gonna go and try to change it tomoro coz I`ve just found out mum`s still got the receipt! :)

Underwhelmed by the video ipod that you can`t put videos on unless you want to buy naff pop promos from Apple.

Well impressed with a bargain electric guitar and amp packeage from ebuyer.

Fluff n Stuff, your nan sounds proper weird!

I bought myself a 1990 Mercedes-Benz 190E.

I got money, watch and some other stuff, but I wasn`t bothered because I was too busy with my car! Best xmas so far (just because of my 190E :D )

@ AMG just out of interest how much did u get the car for. And do the older mercs still have solid bodywork? I was looking at getting an older diesel Merc. one of the smaller ones, but wasn`t sure how the body work work be. better than a ford though i bet.

I got smellies for xmas. One that sticks in my head is an aftershave called "Far & High" say that fast and you know what its supposed to be. lol

Lovely Limehaus suit and shirts off the missus, she also sponsored a tiger for me and tigers are my fave animal and everyfink; all the DVDs I asked for and some other bits and bobs that I am chuffed with. Weirdest thing was that my mum, brother and dad all got a pressie off a friend of the family and Carrie and me didn`t even get a card! Must remember to p1ss in her handbag next time I see her ;)

Carrie`s fave pressie was the violin I shelled out for, well it better be her fave f*ckin` pressie!

@Katz I got a bargain for the condition my 190 is in. Only £509.00, from eBay. I`ve been looking for a 190E for few months though. It all depends on the car, I`m not sure which model you are interested in, and I`m not too familiar with the deisel mercs either, but they`re supposed to be just as good.
The older Merc are solid IMO, but you should always have it checked out.
I`m on a few Mercedes forums so I tried to find out what major problems to look out for on the car I was buying, forums are loaded with info!
Insurance will be cheap too, can even try and put is under classic car insurance because of the age.

My electric guitar (as recommended on this forum) with amp, and the Zoom G2.1u I got with it.

Came with everything I needed to get going, and the Zoom effects pedal makes it all just sound so goooood. :)
