Ah right, so this could go one of two ways:

1.  The Cylons are an allegory for the deplorables led by Trump
2.  The fleeing survivors are Leave voters looking for intergalactic free trade deals whilst being pursued by the evil EU empire still wanting their £39bn

I wonder which is the more likely?
