I`m thinking of buying a DSLite from these people and need to know if they are customs friendly

That`s a very forthright question, but it`d be foolish for anyone to give you a forthright answer, unless they want DVD Crave to get the old, "Knock knock, it`s HMRC!"

The term you`re looking for is customs friendly. ;)

In my previous experiences(including a DS Lite ¬_¬), DVDCrave have indeed been customs friendly. Good company to deal with, on the whole.
