DVDBOXOFFICE anyone?

I`m giving DVDBoxoffice a try and I`d like a few opinions to compare against my experiences.

I just sent an mail to them this morning. Ordered 3 Jan, no movement, on Order history, reading between the lines this is due to item being out of stock. No emails, no invoice, no delivery, no stock indication on site.

If no reply tomorrow I`ll try to cancel and try to order elsewhere.

DVDPopcorn were very quick, so maybe them.

I ordered pitch black on the 7th Jan (£13.24 - unbelievable). i have not got it as of tonight (18th). i have always used play247, despite all the complaints they have never let me down. I am giving dvdbo a try because they are £2.75 cheaper for the above title. If they take much longer in delivery time I may go back to play247.

Okay, so far I`ve tried ordering two movies - Return of the Pink Panther (to compare with the ghastly R2 copy I got as a belated Xmas prezzie) and True Lies. On the site, RPP is shown as invoiced on 15th (the day of the order) but I`ve only just got an email from them on the 18th to say it`s invoiced and I can regard it as on its way. We`ll see how long it takes to arrive. TL is "pending" which I suppose means it`s out of stock.

i ordered pitchblack on dec 5th thinking it would be here for christmas,i also ordered christmas vacation at the same time.
i got christmas vacation 14 days later (good seeing it was christmas)
but there is still no sign of pitch black and it is the 18th jan now.
I ordered battlefield earth 2 days ago and havnt had a shipping email so looks like im not gonna get that either.
But at the same time i ordered coyote ulgy from dvddynamic and that has allready been shipped.
Can anyone tell me where play 247 has gone cause all i get up is a work under construction
