Page 1 of Movietyme - Custom Charges ? Relaibility

I normally purchase from Play (50 - 60 to date) andhave experienced few problems with either delivery or custom charges.
I recently purchased Ichi : The Killer @ £25.99
and the money left my account on the 18th.
How long should I expect to wait ?
Will this be held up at customs due to the cost or the fact that this is the uncut version.

How reliable are Movietyme? Well, for me I`d say out of ten, I'd give them a 10… minus 10!
The worst site I've ever used. If they were the only online retailer, then I'd start buying from high street shops again
