Page 1 of Youtube videos advice

Any gurus have any advice on how to get the vids on youtube on to a pc? - and be able to plonk them into itunes and or my HTC One x?

Iv`e manage to get webm files, but itunes wont like that i`m sure, i have firefox - is their a one click solution or will i have to d/load vid and convert?

As usual many thanks for any suggestions.

there`s a Windows app, and a Firefox plugin. I use the firefox plugin and it lets you download in all sorts of formats
