Anyone Using EFH Broadband?

My current isp have narked me somewhat, and I`m considering changing to these people. I was wondering if anyone was using them and if they were any good?

My isp want a fee of £11.75 if they change the prices, or they leave you stuck on the old cost. This is even if you just paid them £11.75 to get onto the package you are on.

Yep - I`m on EFH and they`re excellent - been with them 4 months and they did have a couple of blimps in service but they`re rock solid on speed. Their CS is excellent, the guy who owns the co. actively gets involved in sorting problems.
If you want to join their £11.74 offer end on the 16/4 so you`d better move move now - apparently they`ve some announcements this week. Another ISP to look at is UKOnline - only £9.99 for 512k unltd but you have to be within their LLU network - check it on their website.

Sadly not in the area for UK Online. When I had a skim through the EFH forum, it seemed very like my current isp. A lot of the problems were exactly the same :D The poor ping thing, the German ips, the changing usernames for example. Guess because they both use Telefonica that nothing will really change.

Have you got any idea what the offers will be like after 16/4? Might take me a while to get a migration code out of my current isp. I`m looking for 1mb. My current isp is charging £19.99 for it, but there is a £11.75 fee to move to it. I wouldn`t mind this, but the people who paid that fee only a month or two ago to move up are having to pay it again to get it at the new price, which I think is taking the &^%.

I have decided that BT`s Yahoo Package is extortionate and am also going to be chaging to EFH Broadband before this week. It says in the application page that if you are referrred please enter the name of the person/username. Anyone like an extra £5. I will use the person`s details who contacts me first whether this be by PM or by POSTING on the messageboard. Thanks again for the advice.
