Recommend an internet provider ?

Colin Mac (Competent) posted this on Wednesday, 10th December 2003, 19:57

I have been with AOL for two years and am going to leave them soon, so I am a bit rusty on the lattest facts of a new internet provider. Can you recommend your own?

I am looking for a standard dial-up modem connection, unlimited use, paid monthly.

Not the likes of NTL where you need a smartbox.

Any good deals on at the moment? reasonable monthly rate to beat AOL ? reliable connection ?

Thanks in advance

I`m with freenetname

Been with them about a month now, it is pretty quick, reliable and costs £24 a month.

If you do decide to go with them, email me and I`ll refer you to them (I get a £10 voucher or something)

Don`t let that be the deciding factor though, just a thought in case you do choose them
