Page 1 of Any suggestions on how to hide cables?

Hi - I will have a projector set up and hope to have all my AV equipment on the sidewall towards the back of my room.  This means there will be speaker cable and perhaps a hdmi cable if I sometimes use a tv instead of the projector for games.  

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to hide speaker cable etc...

Any help greatly appreciated.

I used a dado rail\moulding back in Blighty.

here when I get around to the home cinema in the basement all sound & source equipment at the back with cabling through the dry wall & ceiling to the screen at the front.

Cable trunking is what you need to search for, there should be a lot of options.
