If I record a dvd and finalise the recording to play on another dvd player, can I still erase the disc and use it again?

Yes you can FORMAT the disc and re-use it, however, you will erase everything that was previously on the disc. Not much good if you only wanted to erase some of the programmes.

If you are lucky enough your DVD recorder that has UN-FINALISE this will allow you to unfinalize the disc, erase just the titles you want to, then add to it and finalize again.
