Page 1 of Which has the better picture quality - Lg 3200E of LG3500E?

I was wondering if there was any major difference between the picture quality of the LG 3200e and LG 3500E. I know overall the 3500e is better because it has the 5.1 out-puts, but is that the real only differemce ?

I think LG3500 uses the newer decorder chip. (it also plays cdr & MP3s)
